In this weeks #2lanetravel Bruce took a trip to Germany. Once he returned, we attended the Georgia Mining Association dinner. Mid week was the DeKalb County GOP Meeting. Over the weekend we attended a wedding, meetings after meetings, and Paulding County Republican Women lucheon.
In this weeks #2lanetravel we started at Cartersville UNCUT. On Monday we spent the day with Sheriff Janis Mangum of Jackson County at Truist Park. We honored those who have fallen, and attended the Independence Day event to celebrate the Fourth of July. On Saturday, we attended the Hall County GOP Picnic in Gainesville. During this weeks #2lanetravel we started our week off at Dickey Farm for the famous Peaches and Politics event. Next was volunteer appreciation night, we are so thankful to everyone who volunteered to help us during this campaign. Last weekend we had the opportunity to speak at the National Right to Life Convention in Atlanta. Next we attended the Georgia Municipal Association Convention and the LakePoint Sports Fundraiser. During this weeks #2lanetravel we started off the week seeing our friend Kartik Bhatt. Last week we moved offices, and this week we continues to unpack, reassemble, and hang pictures. On Wednesday our team attended the Braves game. Thursday we presented Senate resolutions and attended Lakepoint local. Ending our week we became proud owners of a bank building.

During this weeks #2lanetravel I met with Lakepoint CEO Mark O’Brian. We also moved offices to a space with more room to accommodate a growing volunteer team. On Thursday morning I had a meeting with Clark Dean who serves as the CEO of Transwestern Real Estate in Atlanta, and in the afternoon we celebrated Parker Breedlove’s 21st birthday! Our busy Thursday ended with a meeting with the DOT. Friday was awesome, we spent most of our day organizing the new office and hanging pictures. We ended our week on Sunday by having breakfast with CL and stopped by Lakepoint where we ran into a friend. Keep tuning in every week for more #2lanetravel.
In this weeks #2lanetravel I was thrilled to see one of my dearest friends & longtime mentors, Dr. Joe Edwards. We honored those who have fought and died for our country on Monday for Memorial Day. Monday afternoon I was blessed to take my son Max to see Top Gun in theaters and it was one of the best movies I’ve seen in years!
